Bling, Inc. is a retail boutique that began in rural western Kansas in 2008. Over time we have grown to have locations across the state! We are located in Scott City, Garden City, Salina, Manhattan, Hays, Wichita and now Kansas City. We specialize in women’s fashion apparel, handbags, jewelry, and other accessories.
