It’s going to be a sweet summer at Hawthorne Plaza with the opening of Summer Salt Ice Cream Co. Summer Salt will open its doors in early June 2025!

Hawthorne Plaza is located on the southwest corner of the intersection on 119th and Roe in Overland Park, Kansas.

With stores that can’t be found anywhere else in Kansas City, Hawthorne Plaza is far from the average shopping experience.
