Whether you’re looking for a whole new menu for an Easter Brunch…or just one or two new items to spruce up your traditional menu—you’ll leave Paige’s Easter Brunch Favorites class with a handful of recipes that will fill the bill nicely. You’ll learn how to prepare a delicious Herb Butter Baked Salmon—wonderful with almost any spring vegetable, but particularly fine with Paige’s Spring Salad of Beets, Asparagus, Pistachios and Orange Vinaigrette. And since a brunch isn’t complete without an egg dish, you’ll learn how to make a simple and savory Potato & Artichoke Frittata. To round out the menu, Paige will demonstrate her sweet St. Augustine Bread (a beautiful coiled loaf filled with chocolate, cinnamon and almond paste).

We will be demonstrating the sous vide cooking method in the store. JC Gregg will be showing us all of the things you can make using a sous vide machine. Samples. No cost.

Do you love Italian cheese? Learn to make an easy cheese that’s so versatile and can be made in your Instant Pot.
The King of Mozzarella himself will be in the house. Yes, Chef Jasper will be teaching us how to make fresh ricotta cheese and preparing typical regional Italian dishes including an Italian Easter pasta, Italian artichoke casserole, a savory Napolitano Easter Pie and Sicilian Casatelli (fried ricotta pastry).
